Anne Russell

Anne Russell is the Program Manager for Hearts of Gold. She got her bachelor’s degree in economics, political science, and statistics from the University of Missouri. Before working for Hearts of Gold she volunteered with a local Search and Rescue group where she learned about training working dogs, and certified he own dog as a trailing dog with the North American Police Working Dog Association. She uses her mixture of background in dog training and business to help manage the day-to-day operation of Hearts of Gold and assist with dog training. She is currently working towards her professional certification in dog training.
