Hearts of Gold Complaint Process

    If you believe you are a victim of discrimination, harassment, sexual harassment, sexual misconduct, domestic misconduct, stalking, or retaliation, there are resources available to you. For those resources, please see Title IX | Office of Compliance and Prevention Education.

  • Dog Behavior Complaints.

    If you observe a dog on campus behaving inappropriately (displaying aggression or excessive fear and/or stress-related behavior), please contact Hearts of Gold at morgantownheartsofgold@gmail.com.

  • Hearts of Gold Staff and Procedural Feedback and/or Complaints.

    If you have concerns or feedback regarding any Hearts of Gold staff member, please contact one of the following:

  • Animal Welfare Concerns/Complaints.

    Reports may be filed with the WVU Office of Animal Welfare (OAW) or by contacting any of the individuals listed below. Contact through WVU Campus Mail is encouraged to maintain anonymity (send to OAW at P.O. Box 6845).

    A non-compliance or failure to follow any legal or ethical rules, policies and procedures applicable to the care and use of animals in research and teaching can be reported online via EthicsPoint.
